This tool seeks to provide importers with data on the traceability of their lots and to help automate warehousing controls. Produced with special materials that are designed to resist intense handling, the tags are attached to the bags and contain information such as the contract number, company logo and bar code, thus enabling customization.

Traceability Seal
Focused on supplying information to the final consumer, this marketing tool is made available to those clients who wish to invest in the image of the origin of their coffee. These seals are supplied for roast and/or roast and ground coffees, originating 100% from Ipanema, in strict correlation with the volume of green coffee purchased.
A numeric code on the seal enables the consumer, by visiting the Ipanema website, to confirm the authenticity of the product and the partnership between Ipanema and the client, whose logo appears on the message.

Trcking System
An online contract monitoring system enables tracking of information about dispatch of samples and all export logistics. Interested parties can request their exclusive login and password. When visiting the Ipanema website, they can access a restricted part of the site.
This tracking system reduces the need for phone calls and e-mails, since all information is updated on a daily basis. It also enables printing and filing of contracts.
