DOC – Reserved Areas
By means of the application of the “terroir” concept, Ipanema has been able to separate the area of its farms into 200 different fields, with distinct sensory and production characteristics.
Since each area is individually controlled, all the lots produced are fully traceable, enabling clients to reserve fields on the farms according to the concept of “Controlled Geographic Denomination” (DOC).
All the coffee produced from the location chosen by the client for its sensory characteristics is exclusively reserved for the client, who can then assure his consumers of the exclusive provenance of a DOC - Privée.
