Ipanema Coffees is basically structured in three hierarchical levels – board of administration, management and collaborators -, guaranteeing fast problem-solving and implementation of decisions.
Each firm that comprises Ipanema Coffees has several autonomous business units for management of day-to-day activities, always in alignment with the general objectives and strategy of the company.
In addition to Committees for Safety and Prevention of Accidents (CIPAs), collaborators also participate in several working groups for the development of innovative products.
The commercial, administrative and controller functions of the firm are organized according to the concept of cellular processes. Each cell controls and executes all the tasks in a process, thereby placing the entire team in constant contact with clients and suppliers, facilitating the continuous learning of functions and capacities.
