| More than 200 employees were trained on how to use pesticides in the Fazendas Capoeirinha, Conquista and Rio Verde. Taught by a group of team leaders of the company, the training program lasted one whole day, showing the correct form of using and applying the products, their risks and what to do in case of a contact accident with a pesticide. The trained employees began their activities the day after the training program.
Rio Verde – October 16, 2006 - 87 employees were trained;
Capoeirinha - October 17, 2006 - 71 employees were trained;
Conquista – October 23, 2006 - 76 employees were trained.
