| One year ago, Ipanema Coffees took another step toward social responsibility, encouraging employees to engage in volunteering work. Very involved in the community, the in-house campaign obtained a surprising enrollment. Employees see it as an opportunity for their personal growth and also a way for them to contribute to the community. Each volunteer of the company dedicates a day every month to volunteer work.
