| This was the third consecutive year that biologist Gerhard Bytof traveled to Brazil to collect information for his study on the physiology of seeds and its effect in quality. “I chose Ipanema because of its professionalism and because of the opportunity to select samples of coffee prepared by two methods: dry processing and wet pulped natural cherry processing methods”, said Bytof. The project is developed in a partnership with European companies. The researcher spent approximately 20 days in Brazil and intends to complete his research by December, at which time his study will be submitted to the University of Braunschweig. |
