A large crop is always followed by a smaller crop. “Since the 2004/2005 harvest was a record harvest for Ipanema, this year’s will be smaller. We expect to pick 80,000 coffee bags this time”, said Washington Rodrigues, director of the company. This period is full of other transformations.
